Introduction

The Career ACCESS Program ensures young professionals gain ACCESS to career opportunities that align to the goals, interests, and passion before they graduate high school. CAP was created by N.Y.C. educators to fill a need in schools and organizations that serve our young people. Often times young people enter adulthood without knowing what they want to do or become in life. One would think that after spending 12+ years in a traditional learning setting, young people would have a good sense of how to start their career. But many do not. We understand that schools and organizations deserve a high quality & proactive program to provide this type of preparation. This is where the Career ACCESS Program comes in to help. We provide a comprehensive 3 step solution to ensure young people between the ages of 14-24 get the ACCESS they deserve in life.

Step 1: Information-

Participants receive instruction on the skills, mindsets and behaviors needed to be successful in the workplace.
